In a complete Reiki session, the recipient remains fully clothed and can choose to lie on a treatment table or sit comfortably supported in a chair. Soothing music is softly playing in the background to enhance the relaxation experience. During the session, you will be in a comfortable position while the practitioner delivers the Reiki treatment.
During the session, the practitioner gently places hands on key body locations (chakras) near the recipient's body, employing purposeful movements to increase vital energy. Gently, the energy unlocks the meridians or energy points in the body, while also harmonizing the chakras in the body's central channel. This enhances overall well-being and supports chakras, physical health, emotions, and thought patterns.

Did you know that you can receive a Reiki treatment without actually being in the same room as the practitioner? Distance Reiki healing operates on the fundamental principle that everything in the universe consists of energy, and this energy is not constrained by the limitations of time or space. It can be transmitted across any distance, whether in time or space.
To comprehend this, consider that the way we perceive space and time is not necessarily how they exist in the broader context. We tend to experience life in a linear timeline, but when it comes to Reiki energy, it transcends these conventional boundaries. This concept may be a bit challenging to grasp, so think about love. You can love someone who is oceans away, and you can feel that person's love even when they are not physically present.
In distant Reiki, practitioners connect with recipients through intention and visualization, channeling healing energy regardless of physical distance. This energy is directed into the recipient's field to clear blockages and promote balance, resulting in outcomes like pain relief, reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and enhanced well-being.

Distant Reiki is as effective as in-person sessions. To start, schedule an appointment, provide your name and location. During the session, find a quiet, comfortable space, preferably lying down, for at least 20 minutes. It's essential to be in a space where you can relax without interruption.
Arrange gifted distance Reiki sessions for loved ones with their permission. Despite the distance, Reiki brings benefits like relaxation, emotional balance, healing, and empowerment. If you are open to it, and I can provide a pre-session meditation and suggest soothing music.
Once the meditation is complete, I will initiate the Reiki session, sending energy to you for approximately 20 minutes, and I'll inform you when it concludes. If possible, remain in your peaceful space and allow yourself to rest during and after the session.
